Zumba Gold classes introduce easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, fun and great for all ages and genders, regardless of fitness level. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong!
About Lily:
Lily began dancing at age five, training in ballet, jazz, tap, and modern. She performed at countless local events, as well as annual state and national competitions. After moving to Santa Rosa Beach in 2013, Lily was introduced to Zumba and hasn’t missed a beat since. Prices are: Walk in $8.00 per class (your first class is free)
Lily also offers a multi-class punch cards at 5 Classes for $30.00 and 10 Classes for $50.00
