When you come into Magnolia Tribe Chiropractic, we have a welcoming process that brings you in, gets you acquainted, tests your current state, creates a care plan and explains everything we do along the way.
PAPERWORK
It all starts with your paperwork, which can be downloaded here, printed and completed at home, to save time, or you can fill it out in our office. Please be sure to detail all complaints.
OFFICE TOUR
Next you will tour our office. Our office tour is designed to teach you what we do, and to allow you to feel at home in our office. We take pride in educating our practice members.
CONSULT & EVALUATION
From there we move onto the Consultation and Evaluation. We will discuss your complaints, history, and goals, and then evaluate areas of nerve interference along your spine using our NASA space certified technology.
X-RAYS
Then, if needed, it is on to the x-rays. We take x-rays if warranted by complaints and history. We utilize x-rays to ensure that we are not guessing with your health. This is another tool to help locate the root cause of your symptoms.
DOCTOR’S REPORT
We take all of the information that we have gathered and produce a Doctor’s Report. Our Report of Findings informs you on what we believe the problem to be, and we also give our expectations towards reaching your goals. Remember, healing takes time and repetition.
CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS
Once you have discussed the Doctor’s Report and a care plan has been established, you will now begin chiropractic adjustments. The adjustments that takes place in our office are safe and effective for all ages.
