This class is a style of Yoga that is excellent for anyone who is beginning their yoga path, or for anyone wanting to make sure they are doing their yoga postures and breathing correctly. In Yoga Basics you will learn proper breathing, alignment, and poses. This is an excellent way to hone your skills and focus on improving the mind and body.
Yoga Basics is a class designed to familiarize you with the proper techniques and postures to enhance your Yoga experience. Yoga Basics will also get you comfortable with use of yoga props, or tools, such as the blocks, bolsters and mats. This class is also a great way to learn to correctly modify postures for your capabilities.
