Stretch Therapy Yoga

The goal of this class is to teach you things that you can do at home to help relieve pain, ease tightness, rehabilitate injuries, heal from surgeries, and improve and maintain overall health.

Janet Hardy, the owner of Caring Touch, in Santa Rosa Beach, just north of Grayton Beach, has been a Florida licensed massage therapist for more than 20 years. She is nationally board certified and a John F. Barnes expert level myofascial release therapist (the only one in the Panhandle) and an Usui Reiki master. After majoring in dance at the University of Wisconsin and teaching ballet, she attended the Core Institute School of Massage Therapy & Structural Bodywork, in Tallahassee, and is certified in neuromuscular therapy.
