$10.00Come join Yogi Mollie Densley at Magnolia Tribe Yoga for Hatha Yoga Tuesday Mornings at 8 AM. This class is a style of Yoga that is excellent for anyone who is beginning their yoga path, or for anyone already practicing that wants a slower class. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
Hatha is also translated as HA meaning “sun” and THA meaning “moon.” This refers to the balance of masculine aspects—active, hot, sun—and feminine aspects—receptive, cool, moon—within all of us. Hatha Yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites.
