$10.00Come join Yogi Mollie Densley at Freeport Sports Complex for Full Moon Restorative Yoga. This class is great for beginners looking to ease their way into yoga, or for experienced individuals just looking for a relaxing, slow paced class.
Yogi Mollie takes you through the poses that are a form of gentle yoga with passive, restorative postures to open the body, quiet the mind, and move into a deep sense of relaxation. Restorative Yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching, all while our beautiful full moon rises.
For those of you wondering, yes, Yoga definitely counts as exercise! It’s been shown to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, and overall well-being. But more than that, Yoga has mental and spiritual benefits you may not be able to get from other workouts. If you have a bad back, restorative yoga may be your answer.
